Job Description

• Consistently offer professional, friendly and engaging service
• Takes meter readings - utilities
• Performs minor repairs to furniture, plumbing, electrical
• Replaces fire extinguishers 
• Strips and replaces electrical/carpentry, hardware
• Performs cleaning in all equipment areas, vents, piping, floors and shops
• Grouts tile, sinks and tubs and installs non-slip strips 
• Follow departmental policies and procedures
• Follow all safety and sanitation policies
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Previous experience preferred
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities
• Highly responsible & reliable
• Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times

Physical Aspects of Position (include but are not limited to):

• Frequent walking and standing throughout shift
• Occasional lifting and carrying up to 30 lbs.
• Frequent bending, kneeling, pushing, pulling
• Occasional ascending or descending ladders, stairs and ramps
• Frequent walking and standing throughout shift
